It's been months since Oregon cornerback Cliff Harris was pulled over after begin clocked at 118 in a 65 mph zone, and the incident appears to be in everyone's rear-view mirror. Harris was suspended for the Ducks' season-opener -- a huge matchup against LSU at Cowboys Stadium -- but was reinstated following the game, and has been, by all accounts, a model citizen since. And now, he's apologized for his action.
Video of Harris' apology and explanation of the incident is after the jump.
It wasn't just the speeding that drew the ire of many after the speeding incident. When questioned about marijuana by the officer who pulled him over, Harris said he'd, "smoked it all." The whole incident appears to be water under the bridge now, though, and Harris seems to have learned a less from the incident and the fallout that came as a result of it.
