Boise State Vs. Fresno State Final Score: Broncos Coast To 57-7 Win

Stay connected with SB Nation

Kellen Moore threw for 254 yards and three touchdowns as the Boise State Broncos easily dispatched the Fresno State Bulldogs on Friday night, 57-7. Moore's day was short, with the Broncos comfortably in control by halftime, making his services unnecessary, but he still completed 23 of 31 passes in the rout.

The Broncos used the ground game, as well, with five touchdowns coming by way of the rush. Doug Martin led the way with 94 yards and a score, with Grant Hedrick and Mitch Burroughs each adding a touchdown, and D.J. Harper adding two. Joe Southwick came in for the mop-up duty at quarterback and completed three of five passes for 27 yards.

Fresno State did finally break the shutout in the fourth on a 79-yard punt return by Devon Wylie to open the quarter. But the touchdown was far too little, too late as Boise State continued its winning ways against vastly inferior opponents.
