Stay connected with SB Nation

It hasn't been a warm welcome to the Pac-12 for the Utah Utes. Looking for their first win on Saturday, the Utes fumbled and stumbled again, falling to the Arizona State Sun Devils, 35-14. Five Utah turnovers, compared to none by Arizona State, gave the Sun Devils all the room they needed to continue their winning ways.

Brock Osweiler completed 25 of 41 passes for 325 yards and three touchdowns to pace the Sun Devils. Mike Willie caught two touchdown passes, picking up 98 yards on seven catches for the day. Gerell Robinson led all receivers with seven catches for 101 yards. Jamal Miles also caught a touchdown pass for the Sun Devils.

Starting in place of Jordan Wynn, Jon Hays struggled, completing 18 of 30 passes for 199 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions. John White IV rushed for 85 yards and a touchdown to pace the Utes on the ground.
