Stay connected with SB Nation

The Michigan Wolverines started the day 5-0 and hope to finish it at 6-0, but the Northwestern Wildcats are already making that a difficult task. Northwestern holds a 14-7 lead in the second quarter.

Michigan quarterback Denard Robinson opened up the scoring with a nine-yard pass to Steve Watson. And he was about to tie the game at the start of the second quarter, but he threw his second interception of the game, ending the threat he had at the 16-yard line.

Meanwhile, Northwestern's ground game has carried the offensive load. Kain Colter and Treyvon Green each cracked the end zone for a score. Can the 'Cats keep the pressure on the Wolverines?
