LSU Vs. Western Kentucky Score: Hilltoppers Record Safety, But Losing To Tigers, 35-9

After the stout play of the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers in the first half, it was going to be a tough task to keep it that way in the second half. Western Kentucky was unable to keep the game close in the second half. Early in the fourth quarter, the Tigers are up, 35-9.

Kenny Hilliard rushed for his second touchdown of the game midway through the third quarter. Alfred Blue found the end zone on the ground twice, one on a 45-yard run. He has 110 yards on seven carries.

Western Kentucky did put points on the board when Bo Adebayo sacked Jordan Jefferson for a safety with 5:22 left to play in the third quarter. The Hilltoppers have just 202 total yards of offense.
