The SEC has five top-15 teams in the Week 12 college football rankings, which might make it look like a brawl for control of the conference is in the offing. But that's not the case, as LSU controls the SEC West and Georgia controls the SEC East.
The Tigers are the only undefeated team left in the SEC, and have swept all of their East foes (Kentucky, Florida, Tennessee) and have only Mississippi and Arkansas left as conference foes. If the Tigers can beat both teams, they will head to the SEC Championship Game in Atlanta in December; if the Razorbacks beat LSU in their Thanksgiving weekend rivalry match-up, though, it's possible that the West winner will be decided by BCS standings.
The East is much simpler: if Georgia beats Kentucky this week, the Bulldogs will go to Atlanta. If the Dawgs lose, though, South Carolina will play in the SEC Championship Game for the second straight year.
