No. 10 Boise State looks to bounce back from last week's loss to TCU when they visit San Diego State on Saturday night.
Coming off a disappointing 36-35 home loss to the TCU Horned Frogs, No. 10 Boise St. Broncos hit the road to take on the 6-3 San Diego State Aztecs. This is the final road game of the season for the Broncos, who are 5-0 away from Boise this season.
Broncos quarterback Kellen Moore is coming off the third 300-yard passing game of the season, but equaled a season-low with two touchdown passes as Boise State came up empty in one of their trips to the red zone against the Horned Frogs. That statistic does not include a missed 39-yard field goal attempt as time expired that officially ended the school's 35-game winning streak at home.
The Aztecs roll into Saturday night on a two-game winning streak and are 3-2 within the Mountain West Conference. The start of the show for the Aztecs is running back Ronnie Hillman, a sophomore who ranks second in the country with 142 rushing yards per game. Hillman ran for 1,532 yards and 16 touchdowns as a freshman and has 1,278 yards and 15 touchdowns through nine games this season, topping 100 yards in seven of nine games.
