The No. 14 Georgia Bulldogs look to continue their impressive winning streak against the struggling Kentucky Wildcats on Saturday afternoon. The Bulldogs lost their first two games of the season, to Boise State and South Carolina, but have won every game since, including victories over Auburn last week and Florida earlier in the season. With a victory over the Wildcats, Georgia will clinch the SEC East and play in the SEC Championship Game, likely against LSU.
The Dawgs have been led by sophomore quarterback Aaron Murray, who already has set a school record with 27 touchdown passes and has thrown only eight interceptions. If it weren't for those two early-season losses, he may have a place in the wide-open Heisman Trophy race.
Kentucky has been absolutely pounded in SEC road games this year, losing by a combined score of 127-18, so the precedent isn't good for them. The Wildcats have made five-consecutive bowl games, but unless they can somehow beat Georgia and Tennessee in back-to-back weeks, that streak will end this season.
