Auburn Vs. Samford Score Has Tigers Fans Pitching In

You'll forgive a certain Auburn Tigers fan from trying to get the football out of Jordan-Hare Stadium as quickly as possible. With the defending national champions clinging to a 14-13 lead over Samford, it's time to revert to sandlot rules. No ball means the game's over, right?

Evan Woodbery@auburnbeat Student just ejected for throwing the ball out of the stadium after field goal. Easier for police to grab when the section is half-empty.

The Southern Conference's reign of regional bullying continues.

Furman is within two of Florida in the fourth, while Georgia Southern peeled off an 82-yard run on Alabama, the longest run the Tide have given up all year by almost 50 yards. Sure, they're all probably going to lose, but more SEC fans would probably be wise to join in and start hurling stuff out of stadiums. At least South Carolina was able to handle the Citadel.
