The annual rivalry between the Florida State Seminoles and the Florida Gators has for decades decided the destination of the top recruits in the Sunshine State. This year, however, the visitors invited by the Gators have a distinctly non-Florida flavor.
While Stefon Diggs cancelled his visit, plenty of talent will still be on hand to take in this rivalry.
Defensive end Leonard Williams of Daytona's Mainland High School plans to be in attendance. He won't be the only defensive end catching a glimpse of the rivalry, as Jonathan Bullard of Shelby, Carolina's Crest High School will also be there. And Jordan Jenkins is yet another talented defensive end taking the visit. The 6'3", 245-pounder out of Hamilton, Georgia's Harris County High School is strongly considering Florida, Alabama and Georgia.
Florida is also expecting a visit from JUCO offensive tackle Donald Hawkins. The Oklahoma State soft verbal is 6'5" and 320 pounds. He holds several other major offers, including Texas and Georgia.
And receiver Taj Williams of Lincoln High School (Tallahassee, FL) is an impressive 2013 talent.
