The Louisville Cardinals will win at least a share of the Big East title, thanks to their win over the South Florida Bulls by a final score of 34-24. They now appear to be in line for a bid for a BCS bowl, though this year's scenarios are too numerous to mention and it's not yet a lock. South Florida had the lead heading into the fourth quarter, but Louisville were able to win the final period and the game, taking them to 7-5 on the season.
Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater had an excellent game, passing for 241 yards and three touchdowns with no interceptions. South Florida quarterback Bobby Eveld had a solid game as well, but the Bulls never really got their rushing game going, while a fumble by Andre Davis late in the fourth quarter ultimately cost South Florida a chance to win the game.
