Georgia Tech went into the half down 17-10 but with hopes that they could keep the game competitive. Georgia has spent the entire third quarter killing that dream. The Dogs dropped 14 points on the Jackets in that frame to take control of the game with a 31-10 lead.
Georgia picked Tevin Washington twice -- with one of them setting up a touchdown -- while Aaron Murray threw his third and fourth touchdowns on the game, one to Tavarres King and one to Aron White. Overall, he's 18-of-26 for 236 yards and an interception along with the scoring strikes.
Tech's triple-option attack, meanwhile, has generated 203 yards on the day, which would be good for most teams but isn't quite what the Jackets are used to; they're on a pace short of their average on the ground for the year.
