Penn State Vs. Wisconsin Halftime Score: Badgers Rolling Toward Title Showdown With Spartans

Stay connected with SB Nation

Wisconsin has apparently decided to win the Big Ten division it's in -- no, we can't remember the names, either -- without leaving any doubt. Russell Wilson and Montee Ball have led the Badgers to 28 unanswered points since Penn State's opening score, and the Lions are in trouble as we go to halftime.

Ball has 68 yards and two touchdowns on 19 carries, Wilson is 15-of-21 for 149 yards and two more touchdowns, and the Badgers are rolling. Wilson also has 43 yards on five rushes.

For Penn State, quarterback Matt McGloin is 5-of-10 for 70 yards, the early touchdown and an interception. The Nittany Lions have a solid rushing average at 5.1 yards a carry, but they've only run the ball eight times for 41 yards. It's looking very much like Michigan State go ahead and start game-planning for a Big Ten title tilt against Wisconsin.
