UCLA Vs. USC Score Update: Trojans Running Away With It Early

The USC Trojans jumped out to an early lead against their cross town rivals, the UCLA Bruins. Quarterback Matt Barkley connected on a 42-yard touchdown pass to Marquise Lee for the first score, then Curtis McNeal scored on a 73-yard touchdown run to put the Trojans up 14-0.

In the second quarter, the Trojans added 14 more points increasing their lead to 29-0. For the first touchdown Barkley once again connected in the endzone, this time to Randall Telfer for a 1-yard touchdown pass. Lane Kiffin decided to go for two on this score however, successfully putting the Trojans up 22-0. A few minutes later, Barkley connected on his third touchdown pass of the day to put the Trojans up 29-0, this time connecting with Rhett Ellison for the 3-yard touchdown.
