Jaamal Berry Suspended By Ohio State After Second Reported Fight

The Ohio St. Buckeyes have suspended sophomore running back Jaamal Berry due to a code of conduct violation, the school announced. That's one way to describe being sued for allegedly beating up a man just weeks after reportedly getting in a fight involving teeth used as weapons.

According to the alleged victim of the latest incident, Berry punched a man who'd just been hit by a car. He also said Berry bragged about the dustup minutes later. The victim attempted to get an ethnic intimidation charge tacked on, but wasn't able to. I don't really know what that means.

Berry hasn't played since the first alleged fight, which is still being investigated as a misdemeanor assault. In games this season against Toledo, Miami and Colorado, he's compiled 19 yards on five touches
