Stanford Vs. Oregon State Halftime Score: Cardinal Lead 17-7 At Intermission

Stay connected with SB Nation

The scoreboard in the Stanford-Oregon State game is probably a little bit closer than the Cardinal would like, but the stat sheet tells the tale we kind of expected: Stanford has 16 first downs to the Beavers' five. The Cardinal have outgained Oregon State 240-116.

Still Andrew Luck's numbers are somewhat pedestrian for him (11-of-19, 76 yards, one touchdown and a pick). Stepfan Taylor's 56 yards on 10 carries and Jeremy Stewart's two-yard running touchdown have helped stake the Cardinal to their 17-7 lead.

For Oregon State, Sean Mannon is 6-of-10 for 89 yards and a touchdown. The Beavers have only managed 27 yards on the ground so far. Mannon's favorite target has been James Rodgers, who has 46 yards and the touchdown on two catches.
