Case Keenum is now the NCAA's all-time leading passer after breaking Timmy Chang's record in a 56-13 win over UAB on Saturday night. The Houston Cougars remained perfect on the season and Keenum continued to roll, throwing for 402 yards and two touchdowns. It was another efficient night, with Keenum only missing on five of his throws in a 39-of-44 performance.
11 different receivers caught passes, led by Tyron Carrier's 12 catches for 105 yards and a touchdown. Daniel Spencer and Justin Johnson each caught touchdown passes, as well.
The Cougars blew it open in the second half, turning a 21-10 lead into an easy victory. Keenum also rushed for two touchdowns, each of which came from a yard out. Michael Hayes and Charles Sims ran for a combined 164 yards and each scored a touchdown in the win.
