The Penn State Student Reaction, In 13 Words

To little surprise, Penn State president Graham Spanier does not speak for Nittany Lions students

Spanier has pledged "unconditional" support to athletic director Tim Curley and vice president Gary Schultz, who've been arrested for failing to report allegations of child sex abuse by former defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky.

"The views of the president do not reflect the views of the students."

seriously?

one of these men was not charged with a single crime. The DA said they weren’t even looking at him for any crime. Yet, you’re calling him a sex offender?

That’s ridiculous.

untrue, yes

I’d put him more in the “unconcerned about potential sex crimes” kind of category.

Not if it was your kid it's not

Success with honor indeed. At the school I went to (Heartbreak Ridge U.) we had a similar saying, “Death before dishonor.” All four of those people should fall on their sword.

You seem to hold very outdated ideals.

Success with honor and fall upon their swords? How about we fast forward to the 1700’s? Innocent before proven guilty.

From PA’s sex offender website:

Pennsylvania’s Megan’s Law, 42 Pa.C.S. § 9799.1, requires the State Police to create and maintain a registry of persons who reside, work/carry on a vocation, or attend school in the Commonwealth and who have either been convicted of, entered a plea of guilty to, or adjudicated delinquent of certain sexual offenses in Pennsylvania or another jurisdiction.

So you see that your outrageous ideas have mo justification.
