Lamar Miller will leave Miami to enter the NFL Draft, according to Bruce Feldman.

To little surprise, Miami Hurricanes redshirt sophomore running back Lamar Miller will leave the U ahead of schedule, according to CBS Sports' Bruce Feldman. Miller is projected to be among the first two or three running backs taken, earning a lower first round grade in SB Nation's first 2012 NFL mock draft.

Bruce Feldman@BFeldmanCBS BREAKING: Miami RB Lamar Miller is leaving early for the NFL draft, per a source.

Miller produced 1,272 yards rushing and 1,519 total yards in 2011, ranking second in the ACC to only Virginia Tech Hokies running back David Wilson on the ground. He also ranked fifth among all sophomores.

He would leave Miami as part of an exodus that already includes wide receiver Tommy Streeter and defensive tackle Marcus Forston, with a couple more potentially on the way.
