Georgia Bulldogs tight end Orson Charles is expected to enter the 2012 NFL Draft, according to SI.com's Tony Pauline. Charles, a junior, leads all SEC tight ends in catches and yards, though not touchdowns, as few players are able to approach Auburn Tigers tight end Philip Lutzenkirchen's spooky goal line acumen.

Charles is one of three Mackey Award finalists. A high school teammate of Dawgs quarterback Aaron Murray, he's established himself as one of the SEC East champ's most critical players. He leads the team in catches and is third in touchdowns.
Has flashed good, soft hands to catch the ball outside his frame. Still tends to drop some catchable throws, however.
Possesses intriguing athleticism for the position. Should time well in the offseason which could help negate concerns about his size.
Continuing to develop as a blocker. Is much better when he can work his man to the outside using their momentum against them. Has some trouble using power playing someone to the inside.
