Oklahoma looked likely to score and cut Oklahoma State's Bedlam lead to one possession. Then Oklahoma State's defense did what it has done all year, forcing a turnover and setting up the Cowboys' offense in great position for an easy touchdown to extend the lead to 17-0 in Stillwater.

Oklahoma State's Alex Elkins stripped Landry Jones on a blitz, and Jamie Blatnick scooped up the ball and took it to the Oklahoma 1. Joseph Randle punched in the one-yard touchdown run on the first play of that drive to stretch the Cowboys' lead to three possessions.
