The Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Florida St. Seminoles will meet in one of the 2011 bowl season's name-brandiest bowl games, according to CBS Sports. Normally featuring a match-up between ACC and Big East schools, the game has seen many appearances from NC State (five), Miami (three), Virginia (three) and West Virginia (three). Last year's game saw NC State top West Virginia 23-7.

The game will be televised on ESPN where Joe Tessitore, Rod Gilmore & Holly Rowe will announce.

Game date, time: 5:30 pm ET, Thursday, December 29

Location: Citrus Bowl, Orlando, FL.
