As expected, the Texas A&M Aggies will stay close to home for the holidays. The Big 12 evacuees will go to the 2011 Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas, where they'll play a Big Ten opponent, perhaps the Northwestern Wildcats or Purdue Boilermakers. It's a bowl about mufflers.

The 6-6 Aggies tumbled down the bowl ranks due to their failure to close out games. After firing coach Mike Sherman, they'll head into their last-ever game as a Big 12 team.
