BCS Rankings: Oklahoma State Fails To Pass Alabama, Is On The Outside Looking In

The Week 15 BCS rankings were released on Sunday, and although the Oklahoma State Cowboys moved up to No. 3, the apparently didn't do enough to pass the No. 2 Alabama Crimson Tide, meaning the No. 1 LSU Tigers and #2 Alabama Crimson Tide will meet in the BCS National Championship Game. A disappointing result for Oklahoma State, but they do draw an intriguing matchup against Andrew Luck and the No. 4 Stanford Cardinal in the Fiesta Bowl.

In other interesting matchups from around the Big 12, the No. 8 Kansas State Wildcats play the No. 6 Arkansas Razorbacks in the AT&T Cotton Bowl, the No. 12 Baylor Bears will take on the Washington Huskies in the Valero Alamo Bowl, the No. 14 Oklahoma Sooners are set to take on the Iowa Hawkeyes in the Insight Bowl and the Texas A&M Aggies will face Northwestern Wildcats at Reliant Stadium in Houston for the Meineke Car Care Bowl of Houston.
