Our Bay Area blog has spotted a photo drifting through the internet, posted by DuckSportsNow, purporting to contain early MGM Grand odds for the 2012 BCS National Championship Game. The usual suspects dot the roster (Oklahoma, Alabama, Boise State), but there are a few sheer idiot bets to be had if you know where to look (like right in the middle of that sheet).
Our favorite NOT FREE MONEY NOT NOHOW picks, after the jump:
• Florida, with a new head coach, a new starting quarterback, and a brand new offense at 10/1.
• LSU, because IT IS LES MILES SO HEY MAYBE THEY CAN: 10/1.
• Texas, 12/1. This is just out of habit, right?
• Ohio State, 12/1. We would actually love it if Jim Tressel got hit with a one-year suspension and the Buckeyes pulled off a title run under this guy.
