All Russell Wilson everything continues. The Wisconsin Badgers are leading 14-7 early in their first real challenge of the season, with Wilson throwing a pair of touchdowns to Nick Toon against the Northern Illinois Huskies. In eight attempts, Wilson has missed just once, and has already thrown for 127 yards a minute into the second quarter.
Oh, and he's the game's leading rusher, with 25 yards. Jared Abbrederis is Wisconsin's leading receiver after securing a 37-yard grab.
Through two games and one quarter, Wilson has thrown for 571 yards and rushed for 98. That might not sound like a whole lot, but with as good as the rest of Wisconsin's team already was, it certainly appears to have provided a jump to another level.
