Coming off of a disappointing loss to Maryland, the Hurricanes started off strong against No. 17 Ohio State, led by quarterback Jacory Harris. Already throw two touchdown passes, Miami has an early 14-0 lead. Allen Hurns, a sophomore wide receiver, caught both of Harris' throws and has three receptions for 20 yards.
The Buckeyes, who scored 69 points in their first two games, have come out very flat in the opening half. Joe Bauserman and Braxton Miller, who have both thrown the ball for OSU have combined for four yards passing with an interception.
On the other hand, both sides of the ball have been dominant for Miami. Aside from Harris' two touchdowns, running back Lamar Miller has ten rushes for 116 yards. The Hurricanes are four of five on third down, while their defense hasn't allowed a third down conversion or a score.
