Utah Vs. BYU Final Score: John White, Utes Raise Hell On Cougs, 54-10

Stay connected with SB Nation

The latest playing of a rivalry in danger due to conference realignment went heavily in the favor of the school now in the Pac-12. The Utah Utes took advantage of an early Jake Heaps fumble for a quick score and never looked back, rolling up a 54-10 win against their archrivals.

Running back John White was unstoppable for the Utes, racking up 174 yards and three touchdowns -- all of them after BYU was already down by 14. Jordan Wynn struggled at times, throwing a pick and barely more than 50 percent completions.

Still, you don't need a whole lot from your quarterback when your opponent fumbles six times -- and loses all six fumbles. Losing four out of six fumbles would be bad luck, but six? Maybe Somebody's trying to tell us something about this rivalry.
