Landry Jones has his Oklahoma Sooners in control of their game with the Missouri Tigers. He's led the Sooners to 21 unanswered points and a 24-14 halftime lead. Jones found Ryan Broyles in the end zone twice and then took the other one in himself on a one-yard run.
This game started out looking like a quarterback battle between Jones and James Franklin, but Jones has clearly taken hold of this contest. Jones is 20-of-29 for 271 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. James Franklin took part in Mizzou's two scoring plays, rushing one yard for the first touchdown and throwing a 45-yard pass to L'Damian Washington. Franklin has also added 70 yards on the ground.
Ryan Broyles has looked good out there, catching eight passes for 97 yards and two touchdowns. His first touchdown was a juggling catch that turned the momentum in favor of the Sooners. His second was a nice grab, but Jaz Reynolds' 39-yard over-the-shoulder catch saved that drive.
