Frustration during a close football game is understandable, if not natural. After making a crucial mistake, football players tend to let out some pent up aggression, much like baseball players do when taking a bat to a Gatorade jug. But what BYU's J.J. Di Luigi did after a critical fourth quarter is not advisable.
Di Luigi used his helmet as a weapon following the fumble, but the intended target was ... himself. Rage animation after the jump.
At least Di Luigi came out of the event looking better than Owen Schmitt did a few years back. Still, bad idea, man.

I’m going to be searching the internet for hours now. I have to find video of Owen Schmitt smashing his head. I know there is video out there from when he was in Seattle and at WVU.
