The Arizona Wildcats talked up a big game about taking vengeance against Justin Blackmon and the Oklahoma St. Cowboys. That has not yet happened.
It's already 21-0 early in the second quarter, and the Pokes have the ball back after Arizona briefly thought about attempting a fourth-down conversion deep in their own territory. It probably doesn't really matter anyway.
Brandon Weeden has missed one of his 19 attempts, good for 156 yards and a touchdown already. Running back Joseph Randle might not be Kendall Hunter, but he's putting up Hunterly yards per touch figures so far, banging out 71 yards and two touchdowns.
The aforementioned Blackmon has only 67 yards. So, great job on that part, Wildcats!
