Sugar Bowl 2012 Update: Michigan's David Molk Injured In Pre-Game

The 2012 Sugar Bowl between the Michigan Wolverines and the Virginia Tech Hokies is under way, but the Wolverines were a bit handicapped on offense before the game even started. Michigan starting center David Molk injured his foot in pre-game warmups so he's been replaced by the backup center, who had a rough first drive.

The first two snaps with quarterback Denard Robinson in the shotgun were bad snaps that wound up being dropped by Robinson, as the ball came out a bit faster than normal. Robinson picked the football up and ran with the ball for little effect, so this will be a big dynamic to watch in the game.
