In response to the Michigan Wolverines adjusting to account for Logan Thomas' arm, the Virginia Tech Hokies resorted back to what's been Plan A: feeding David Wilson. He's up to 57 yards on 15 touches, which seems much more inefficient than it really is, as there was that 22-yard setback in the first quarter.
Still, all this Wilson amounted to just more Justin Myer, who booted his third field goal of the day.

The Hokies have still outgained Michigan by 78 yards and held the ball seven minutes longer, but an extra turnover and some excellent red zone defense by the Wolverines have still left Virginia Tech with ground to make up.
How 'bout that third-string kicker!
