You probably have no idea what Delta State is. I can assure you this is a real school. I can also assure you Delta State has a football team. It also has an important unofficial mascot: A Fightin' Okra.
All of these things are relevant and especially important when combined in a viral commercial. And boy is this is a viral commercial. It starts off innocently enough, and looks not unlike any other basic college commercial. Students gather in the quad, looking studious with books and all that fun college stuff. Then a football joins the party and it's game on.

That's a Fighting Okra looking angry and essentially challenging the student to a duel. When said student doesn't respond, the okra blindsides him with a vicious hit. Do not question it, just roll with the punches here.
About 10 minutes ago, I had no idea Delta State existed. This was probably my own fault. Now, I'm considering enrolling, because who doesn't like punchy okra?

That was the school my brother went, and it is indeed in the middle of nowhere in Mississippi
