Time to check in with the Missouri Tigers and Texas A&M Aggies as they continue to adjust toward life in the SEC.
Mizzou gets high marks for scheduling a 2012 game against the Syracuse Orange that features no return date, no game in a dome that isn't the Georgia Dome, no tit-for-tat, no trip up north of D.C. [/freezes to death just thinking about it], no road challenge and no departure from the state. That's how you do it. New SEC East associates Georgia and Florida especially like your style.
Elsewhere, Texas A&M's voted down Samantha Ketcham's attempt to become the first-ever female Aggies cheerleader. In case you're just now joining us, you did read that correctly: the first-ever female Aggies cheerleader. Ole Miss is trying to figure out why A&M even has an athletics department. Do your thing, but understand that traditions like that make even less sense to your new mates than they did to your former ones.
