Robert Griffin III, Redskins Visit In Washington D.C.

Stay connected with SB Nation

Robert Griffin won't be working out for either the Washington Redskins or Indianapolis Colts, but he's meeting with Redskins staff once again. This time, Griffin is in the Washington D.C. area meeting with the team, according to WUSA. They're reporting that Griffin met with owner Daniel Snyder, general manager Bruce Allen and head coach Mike Shanahan at a restaurant in the D.C. suburbs.

This is Griffin's first meeting with team personnel in the Washington, D.C. area. Last week, Redskins offensive coordinator went to Waco, Texas, to meet with Griffin at Baylor University. The Redskins are apparently so confident that the Colts will draft Andrew Luck and that Griffin is their man that Shanahan went over the team's playbook with their presumed quarterback of the future.
