The Michigan Wolverines have switched up their uniforms and installed lights in the Big House, but following Mississippi State by putting a Twitter hashtag on the field might be the least Michigan thing to happen during Brady Hoke's tenure thus far. Hoke doesn't even like Twitter, but here we are.
From the university's release, we learn all #GOBLUE tweets during the game will be candidates to make Michigan's video boards:
Michigan Athletics will introduce a "Tweet Board" for the Mott Spring Game presented by PNC Bank that will showcase tweets from fans throughout the Victors Classic alumni flag football game and the Mott Spring Game. Michigan Stadium video boards will highlight the #GOBLUE hashtag throughout both games by including a dedicated #GOBLUE bug and call-to-action asking fans to tweet and use hashtag #GOBLUE. Michigan, in real time, will monitor and approve fan tweets in order to showcase on the "Tweet Board."
Michigan's spring game is set for April 14 at 3:30 p.m ET on the Big Ten Network. Various graves are set to be rolled around shortly after that.
