Alabama receiver DeAndrew White was involved in an off-campus fight Thursday morning, according to a report.

Alabama Crimson Tide wide receiver DeAndrew White was involved in a Thursday morning fight and subsequently hospitalized with an apparent concussion, TideSports.com's Chase Goodbread reports. Goodbread reports White isn't in serious condition, adding that a firearm was shot on the Strip near the fight but isn't believed to be related.

As a freshman last year, White posted 151 yards and two touchdowns on 14 catches, appearing in 12 games. With Marquis Maze and Darius Hanks moving along, he entered spring in line to compete for significant playing time. He was slowed by a hamstring injury for much of the spring. Hailing from Texas, he's known as a speed receiver.
