Dylan Favre, nephew of Brett Favre, was reportedly arrested Thursday on drug possession charges.
Former Mississippi St. Bulldogs quarterback Dylan Favre was arrested in Poplarville, Mississippi Thursday on charges of intent to distribute a controlled substance, the Sun Herald reports. Details from the report, which includes a mug shot:
Tucker said the arrest occurred after a traffic stop by a convenience store located near Pearl River Community College. Deputies found marijuana and paraphernalia-type items, he said.
It appears Favre is the nephew of the NFL's career passing leader Brett Favre, but officials could not confirm the relationship.
Favre, who transferred away from MSU to get more playing time at Pearl River Community College, is the nephew of famous football player Brett Favre. Favre has one year of eligibility remaining. He played in nine games during his final season in Starkville, attempting a handful of passes while spelling other quarterbacks.
