Head coach Bobby Petrino is expected to return to Arkansas Razorbacks spring practices soon, according to reports, after suffering a motorcycle accident Sunday night. He was hospitalized overnight, and is said to have a number of non-life-threatening injuries.
Specifics about those injuries:
Source close to situation said Bobby Petrino had multiple broken ribs, "all kind of cuts and bruises," neck sprain, but going to be OK.

Petrino wrecked the bike by apparently driving off the road at 6:45 p.m. local time, with no other vehicles involved. He's an experienced motorcycle rider, having grown up around bikes and owning a Harley for several years now. He may have to wear some gear to protect his midsection for the rest of spring, but it would probably take more than a couple broken bones to keep him off the sidelines with the spring game just weeks away.
