Quarterback Danny O'Brien isn't the only big-name Maryland Terrapins transfer who's drawn interest from a number of top-tier programs. Let's not forget Max Garcia, a former three-star offensive tackle with the Georgia Bulldogs, Mississippi Rebels, Florida Gators and South Carolina Gamecocks among his reported suitors.
But the Georgia native apparently isn't just looking for a return to the Southeast, judging by his latest tweet:
4th Stop: LA, California. #USC #FightOn! twitter.com/Macweez73/stat…
— Max Garcia (@Macweez73) April 5, 2012
That's an image of a road map from Maryland to Los Angeles, in case it's not loading for you.
Surely picking up the top 2013 quarterback recruit, Max Browne, doesn't hurt USC's chances of wooing Garcia. He rated his visit to UGA as "a 9 or 10," giving Lane Kiffin quite a mark to top, but if there's one thing Kiffin can do, it's impress a prospect.
