In case you missed it Thursday night, video evidence remains of Arkansas Razorbacks athletic director Jeff Long giving a press conference to assembled Hogs media on the subject of Bobby Petrino. Long officially announced Petrino as being placed on paid administrative leave while the school further investigates the coach's involvement with subordinate Jessica Dorrell.

Petrino did not attend the press conference, but was spotted leaving the facility just minutes before it began. He wrote a statement to be shared with the reporters in the building, apologizing for an "inappropriate relationship" and saying he either tried to keep it a secret for her benefit or was hazy due to medication or whichever you'd rather believe.
Long, who says he didn't find out from Petrino about Dorrell until the police report was pretty much public, is clearly torn about the choice he's about to have to make regarding his successful football coach.
