All-time leading Boston College rusher Montel Harris is no longer a member of the Eagles.

The Boston College Eagles announced Tuesday that Montel Harris, the program's all-time leading rusher, has been dismissed permanently for violations of team rules. There's no word yet on just what those rules might've been, of course. See for yourself:

Harris missed all but two games in 2011 as he struggled to recover from a knee injury. The ailment continued on into spring football, appearing to sideline him until summer ball. In his time at BC, Harris collected various All-ACC and honorable mention All-America honors. Truly a shocking departure for one of the best Eagles ever.
