Notre Dame Fighting Irish quarterback Tommy Rees and linebacker Carlo Calabrese were arrested late Wednesday night after officers broke up a noisy house party, South Bend police report. Rees is accused of striking an officer in the stomach with his knee while trying to escape, for which he was pepper sprayed.
There's also this delightful detail:
At one point, Calabrese allegedly told officers, "my people will get you," according to SB police reports.

Rees was arrested for arrested for public intoxication, resisting law enforcement, minor consumption and battery to law enforcement, the latter of which is a felony. Calabrese was arrested for disorderly conduct and released on bond.
As for discipline, coach Brian Kelly has yet to announce anything, but he was in transit during the event itself, so give the man a minute.
