Jake Stoneburner, Jack Mewhort Suspended Indefinitely By Ohio State

According to a report from the Toledo Blade, Ohio State TE Jake Stoneburner and OL Jack Mewhort have been suspended indefinitely after a little after-hours shenanigans on Sunday morning resulted in them briefly running from the police.

The two were reportedly urinating outside a restaurant when police spotted them. They briefly fled, which was enough to get them arrested on a misdemeanor "obstructing official business" charge.

But while an indefinite suspension is hardly "double secret probation," there's still a long time to go before the 2012 season starts.

Whenever the two end up playing again, they will undoubtedly be in excellent physical condition from running suicides and stadiums.

Urban Meyer's new Ohio State coaching staff can't be pleased that Stoneburner and Mewhort ended up on the police blotter, and got themselves suspended for a good portion of the off-season, for such a silly bit of business.
