Nebraska's starting left tackle Tyler Moore is reportedly transferring to South Florida.
Tyler Moore was expected to start on the Nebraska Cornhuskers' offensive line coming into this season, but it doesn't appear that he's going to be playing for them. Moore left the team to deal with "personal issues," according to head coach Bo Pelini, but those personal issues might have been a desire to transfer away from Lincoln.
Looks like Tyler Moore, former Countryside tackle who we had rated right behind James Wilder as a senior, is headed for USF.

More details about Moore's potential transfer will surely come out soon, but it's curious on the surface with no knowledge of Moore's personal circumstances. He's obviously on good terms with Pelini -- the Nebraska coach said Moore was welcome to return at any time -- and he was projected as the starter at left tackle. Moore is from the Tampa area, and it wouldn't be the least bit surprising to hear that his local ties and personal reasons for being in the area played into his decision to transfer.
