The No. 25 BYU Cougars will take on their in-state rival Utah Utes in a Week 3 matchup on Saturday night in Salt Lake City.

The Cougars will look to avenge an embarrassing, 54-10 Holy War loss last season in Provo. They'll also hope to prove that their inclusion in the Top 25 is not a fluke. It's likely that BYU will try to use the size of 6'4 wide receiver Cody Hoffman to their advantage. The junior has a 21-game receiving streak and is a favorite target of quarterback Riley Nelson.

Utah is dealing with the loss of starting quarterback Jordan Wynn and hoping to avoid being the third man on the state's college football totem pole, after dropping an overtime game against Utah State in Week 2. The shoulder injury is the fourth of the junior's career, and as a result, that career is now over. Senior Jon Hays and freshman Travis Wilson are battling to win the replacement job.

Game time, TV channel: 10 p.m. ET, ESPN2

Point spread: BYU favored by 4 points
