Lessons from the Missouri-UCF tape: offense, defense and what it means for the rest of the season.
Happy birthday, Rock M Nation.
What mattered most in Mizzou's 21-16 win over UCF, and what the numbers can tell us about Mizzou moving forward.
A snapping relapse, a rested opponent, a couple of special plays, and a couple of basketball previews.
Elvis Fisher returns (maybe), Will Ebner surges, and Sheldon Richardson doesn't read Rock M Nation.
Mizzou's skill position players are as explosive as any Missouri has seen since the 2007-08 seasons. But while the quarterback play might be improving, the patchwork offensive line is still an enormous concern.
Sheldon speaks (so does the new basketball assistant), Fire Yostâ„¢, and a mixed weekend for soccer and volleyball.
The big questions are obviously on offense. We have no clue what this offensive line can eventually do well, even after five games.
Mizzou trails, 10-7. Save us Sheldon Richardson (and DGB). You're our only hope(s). You and Rally Baby.
Missouri is getting points at UCF. Really.
To an extent, this game is weakness vs. strength and strength vs. weakness. Field position, passing downs and special teams could doom the Tigers, or trench warfare and a strong defensive line could move them to 3-2.
