It was 4-0 New York Mets by the time starter Chien-Ming Wang shaked off some rust and the Nationals offense put up some fight, but in the end the Nationals couldn't get it done and lost their sixth straight game.
The Mets took two out of three from the Braves, but the end of the third game made the whole series worth it.
The Mets have struggled in recent years, but they'll give the Braves a run for their money this weekend.
