Grippi drops the first bombshell from fall practice:

Ivory, who I mentioned above, wasn’t at practice today and is no longer with the team. Ivory was dismissed for a violation of team rules, according to sports information director Bill Stevens. I will have more in tomorrow’s S-R.

Umm.... okay? I'm sure VG will have more light to shed on this in the morning, but for now the Cougs' running back depth, which was oh so sweet a moment ago, has taken a hit. Of course, with Ivory being #3 or #4 on the depth chart (depending on where you put Logwone Mitz), maybe this isn't that big a deal. We still have Tardy and Montgomery. For now.
